Enrolment Forms Copies of information booklets and enrolment forms (with pricing) can be obtained by contacting the Enrolment Office by email at enrolment@rcpaqap.com.au Participants re-enrolled In September, participants who are already enrolled in RCPA QA programs will be supplied with details on how to enrol for the following year. Australian participants re-enrolling We are in the process of rolling out online enrolments, and this facility is available to Australian participants, who are re-enrolling. Please follow the link:
 Start Online Enrolment International participants re-enrolling The facility for enrolling a new participant on line is not yet available, a hard copy of your enrolment form will be sent to you in September which we would encourage you to fill out and return to us either as an attachment in an email, by fax, or by post as soon as possible. Australian new enrolments The facility for enrolling a new participant on line is not yet available, so please email the Enrolment Office using the facility below, indicating the program that you are looking for, preferably without payment. The Enrolment Office will respond with the appropriate form and/or feedback. This process is for new participants and also for participants wishing to enrol in another program that they are not currently enrolled with. Once your new enrolment has been processed the Enrolment Office an invoice will be dispatched for payment. International new enrolments The facility for enrolling a new participant on line is not yet available, so please email the Enrolment Office using the facility below, indicating the program that you are looking for, preferably without payment. Certificates of Enrolment The Enrolment Office will forward Certificates of Enrolment once payment is finalised. Delivery of Programs The individual QA discipline offices will supply program paperwork and material. Depending on the specimens supplied delivery may be in one dispatch for the year or material may be distributed on a regular basis throughout the year. Anatomical Pathology and Cytopathology may require slides to be returned for circulation to other participants.
